Development Agreement Public Advisory Committee (DAPAC)
The Development Agreement Public Advisory Committee (DAPAC) is a joint committee of the City Council, the Planning Commission and City staff. The role of the DAPAC is to provide oversight and guidance on matters relating to public participation and identification of key public issues in the proposed redevelopment of the Burlington Town Center mall. The members are drawn from the legislative bodies that ultimately will need to consider and approve the development agreement and/or elements of it.
