Report all issues regarding BIRD bikes--including bikes on sidewalks, driveways, and front lawns--to BIRD directly: vermont311@bird.co.
BIRD will address the issue directly--and physically remove any bikes that are blocking pathways.
In the summer of 2023, BIRD launched its bikeshare program in the Burlington area. BIRD's electric bikes are straightforward to operate:
- Rent a bike using your phone and the BIRD app
- Bike to where you want to go in Burlington, South Burlington, and Winooski
- Park the bike in an appropriate location (More details on parking in the do's and don'ts below and on the BIRD app)
