planBTV: New North End

The City of Burlington and the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) invite qualified firms, or a team of firms, to submit written proposals for the development of a comprehensive planBTV: New North End (NNE) project. The objective of this project is to establish a long-term vision for Burlington's New North End neighborhoods, guiding future growth and infrastructure investments to create a vibrant, welcoming, accessible and sustainable collection of distinct districts and neighborhoods.
