Mayor Miro Weinberger Statement in Response to Unanimous City Council Vote Approving BT Settlement

“Tonight’s unanimous vote by the City Council to approve the BT settlement represents another important step toward resolution of the City’s BT challenges.  I offer sincere thanks to each member of the Council for carefully considering the settlement terms, for individually co-sponsoring the resolution, and for voting to approve the settlement.  While much hard work remains, the Council’s strong, unified support will be of considerable assistance in achieving the remaining milestones.”
