Change of Address

The Assessor's Office mails notices to property owners periodically. The Clerk/Treasurer's Office also uses this information for tax billing; Planning & Zoning and Code Enforcement use this information for owner and abutter mailings and record keeping.

Please note this form does not change the mailing address for other City of Burlington departments such as Burlington Electric, Parks & Recreation, DPW Water/Wastewater Division and others.
