We have a contract with the professional team at the Skirack Service Department for all repairs and maintenance.
If a bike is broken or has a technical problem you can pick any one of the four options:
- Tell the point person for that location (noted on the poster beside the bike or on the 'bike locations' webpage) so that they can organize fixing it.
- Fix it yourself - if you know how to.
- Take the bike to Skirack - if you are close by. They are at 85 Main St and open early at 8am to 7pm.
